More Diamond Jubilee celebrations

For those wanting to carry on the celebrations after Stone’s Diamond Jubilee street party on Sunday, St Dominic’s Social Centre are holding a party of their own on the Monday!

The party takes place on Monday 4th June between 1pm and 4pm at the social centre on Station Road. There will be a  hog roast, children’s entertainer and lots of fun and games for the whole family.

Tickets cost £5, with under-fives free. All are welcome and tickets are available from Matt Weaver by calling 07970211668 or mailing majweaver@gmail.com

Later on the Monday there will be fireworks and music on Crown Meadow and the lighting of Stone’s Jubilee Beacon at St Michael’s Church. Stone’s street party takes place on the High Street from 2pm on Sunday 3rd June. Click here to see the Diamond Jubilee events guide
