Mystery poet takes on dirty dog owners!

Stafford Borough Council launched a new offensive against dirty dog owners in Stone earlier this month by urging local people to report hotspots in the town. One Stone person has taken a slightly different approach – through the power of poetry.

The poem below has appeared on lamp posts around the Aston Lodge estate – and has a very clear message to dog owners who fail to clear up after their pets. Huge thanks to Steve Alder for taking the photograph. As Steve says: “If you’re going to have a rant at someone, do it with a smile!”
