There’s a chance to find out more about the wide range of complementary therapies on offer in the Stone area at the tenth Natural Health Fair on Saturday 20th November.
Held at the Crown Hotel in the High Street, the Natural Health Fair is being organised by holistic health provider the Ishta Centre on Kings Avenue, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and is holding its tenth Natural Health Fair.
There will be lots of stalls, a whole host of therapies to try out and plenty of talks and workshops from 10am to 4pm. There will also be a raffle on the day, with all proceeds going to Stone multiple sclerosis support group SAMS.
Some of the stands at the health fair include acupuncture, magnetic therapy, aromatherapy, essential oils, hypnotherapy, jewellery, meditation, Indian head massage and much more. There will also be paintings, cards, jewellery and lots more on sale. Lots of therapists will be giving taster sessions on the day for a small fee.
The day is an ideal opportunity to have an informal chat with therapists from the area. Find out more about the Natural Health Fair here or visit the Ishta Centre’s website here.
