Stone’s police community support officers (PCSOs) have a brand new mountain bike to get around the town on – thanks to The Bike Shack on Radford Street.
A Merida Speeder mountain bike has been donated by Stone’s bike shop and Merida after PCSO Jenny Ludlow-Smith popped into the shop recently to introduce herself and received the kind offer.

Jenny said: “It’s a fantastic gesture as we didn’t have enough bikes to go round before. A bike is a perfect mode of transport for getting around Stone quickly and effectively. I can get to places that vehicles simply can’t.”
