CIRRO Fulfillment, a leading global e-commerce fulfilment service provider, has signed a 15-year lease for the recently constructed warehouse facility on Stone Business Park.
Despite its official name of PLP Stafford, the fulfilment facility is located on Stone Business Park and was constructed after a former NatWest Data Centre was decommissioned.
As an e-commerce fulfilment service, CIRRO Fulfillment offers customised supply chain solutions, with a focus on warehouse and international logistics services. Currently, there are more than 4,000 active clients using their fulfillment service in over 80 fulfillment centers.
The new Stone facility is a cutting-edge space of 345,039 sq ft, including 20,000 sq ft of office space and boasting a clear internal height of 18 meters. Designed and constructed to the highest environmental standards, the facility has achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A certifications and features a 10% biodiversity net gain. Additionally, the development meets the UK Green Building Council’s Net Zero Buildings Framework, achieving both Carbon Neutral and Carbon Net Zero status. This is realised through PLP’s carbon net zero (CNZ) framework, which integrates CNZ construction with CNZ-ready design, empowering future occupants to maintain CNZ operations through built-in renewable energy features and sustainable energy procurement. These features include solar photovoltaics, air source heating and cooling, LED lighting, and electric car charging points.
Keith Wilson, Development Director at PLP, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome CIRRO Fulfillment to PLP Stafford, a ‘best in class’ facility in an exceptionally strong location. Securing such a successful and dynamic occupier on a long-term lease here is a huge endorsement of PLP’s specification, design and ESG credentials.”
Charles Lu, Head of Business Development at CIRRO Fulfillment Europe said:
“This state-of-the-art facility is an excellent addition as we gear up for the peak season, enhancing our capabilities to serve our customers better and more sustainably.”
We’ve reached out to the team about job opportunites for Stone residents and will bring you news when we receive the details.

A good news story but pity to see the American spelling of fulfilment.
