A new and exciting concept is coming to Stone as Ooh La La Blow Dry Bar prepares to open its doors on Radford Street.
Salon owner, Clare Reeves, has over 20 years of experience and is an award-winning stylist, having worked in various venues and roles. She was keen to tell A Little Bit of Stone more about the salon and what it will offer:
“First of all, I’m really pleased to be bringing this new and exciting concept to Stone.
During the week, Ooh La La Blow Dry Bar will offer traditional hair appointments such as cut and blow drys and hair colour services. However, on Fridays and Saturdays, the salon will offer exclusive blow dry services from their menu, including the crystal gloss blow dry, blonde bombshell blow dry, and beach waves blow dry.
We will also be offering a blow dry subscription of £75 per month – 4 blow drys for the price of 3! This gives clients a weekly blow dry, saving £25 per month on our standard prices.
I want the salon to provide a fun and positive environment for women, offering luxury coffee and herbal teas, and Proescco (alcohol license is in progress).
We want to encourage positive mental health, self love and confidence with mindful and motivational literature, so clients leave the salon with an ooh la la bounce in their step and a ooh la la mindset to set them up for the weekend/week ahead.”
Clare went on to explain:
“It can be your hour to come along, relax, zone out, or bring your bestie for coffee and catch-ups whilst you have your hair done.
You can even have the salon exclusively with your girls for pre-party/hen/birthday/wedding to get you ready for your special event.”
Ooh La La Blow Dry Bar has chosen Framesi for their hair colour and colour range; these products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, containing no gluten or sulphates.
Clare and her team will be hosting a launch open evening on Friday the 27th of April, from 4 pm – 8 pm for Stone residents to come and learn more about the salon.
The salon will officially open on May 2nd, with opening from Tuesday to Saturday:
- Tuesday – 8am to 4pm
- Wednesday 10am to 6pm
- Thursday 11am to 7.30pm
- Friday 10.30am to 6pm
- Saturday 8.30am – 4pm
