Could you play one of Take That? Or one of the other characters in this incredible musical? Auditions Announced for “The Band – The New Take That Musical”
Stone Revellers are thrilled to announce open auditions for The Band – The New Take That Musical, coming to Crown Wharf Theatre this April. Featuring the iconic hits of Take That, this uplifting musical tells the story of five teenage girls who, united by their love for “the band,” find their friendship tested and rekindled 25 years later.
Aspiring performers are invited to audition for a chance to bring this heartfelt story to life. With roles for young and older characters, as well as the iconic boyband, there are opportunities for all talents and backgrounds. (Minimum age 16+ (ie Year 12 – post-GCSEs).
Audition Dates & Times:
- Thursday, 9th January – 7:15pm call time, 7:30pm start
- Sunday, 12th January – 2:15pm call time, 2:30pm start
- Tuesday, 14th January – 7:15pm call time, 7:30pm start
All auditions will take place at St Michael’s Hall, Lichfield Street, Stone, ST15 8BB.
Auditions include a dance workshop, singing a Take That song (bring a backing track), and a brief acting segment.

- Rehearsals: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
- Amateur & Unpaid
- Performances: 2nd–5th April 2025 at Crown Wharf Theatre.
- Fees: £10 show fee; £20 annual membership for adults.
