Stafford and Stone Canoe Club’s junior paddlers were out in force recently as they carried out a full day’s bag packing at Stone’s Morrisons store.
The youngsters had a great day fundraising for their club and the people of Stone were generous in their support of their efforts.
The club’s final fundraising event of 2015 will be their Christmas Fayre, which takes place on Saturday 5th December, starting at 9am until 2pm at the clubhouse next to the river at Westbridge Park. Everyone is welcome, and Santa will be visiting to collect letters too, so if you’ve not already posted yours, why not pop down and give it to him in person?
