Motorists can park for free in Stone on Saturday afternoon (11th December).
Stafford Borough Council has waived parking charges for motorists on its three car parks in Stone (Westbridge Park, Crown Street and Christ Church Way) and 15 in Stafford on the two Saturday afternoons before Christmas Day. The move is aimed at boosting business by encouraging more people to shop in the towns.

The car parks will be free to use after 1 pm on Saturday 11th December and Saturday 18th December.
