Birchill & Watson pharmacy in the High Street will be opening all over the festive period, including on Christmas Day. Here are the times:

- Friday 24th: 9am to 5.30pm
- Saturday 25th to Tuesday 28th: 12pm to 1pm
- Wednesday 29th to Friday 31st: 8.45am to 6.30pm
- Saturday 1st to Monday 3rd: 12pm to 1pm
- Tuesday 4th: 8.45am to 6.30pm
Boots, meanwhile, will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Monday 27th. On Tuesday 28th it will be open from 11am to 3pm. Normal opening times on Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th and Friday 31st. It is then closed until Tuesday 4th January.
