Price of Crown Hotel slashed by half

The asking price for the Crown Hotel has been reduced by 50%.

The historic hotel – which closed down on 23rd July – was originally on the market with Christie & Co for £1.5 million – that price has now been reduced to £750,000. More details HERE.

Last week the Lewis Partnership, which runs the Moat House at Acton Trussell, Sandon’s Dog and Doublet and other venues, appeared to rule itself out of taking on the Grade II listed building in Stone town centre. More on that HERE.
