Headteacher Pat Adamson said “Congratulations to all our pupils. We are so proud of the results they have achieved at GCSE today. We believe solid GCSE results establish the foundations for further education and career opportunities and we look forward to welcoming our current and new students into the Sixth Form when the term starts in September.
Over the past decade, St. Dominic’s girls have all been accepted into their chosen university – a legacy our current students are working towards.”

Headteacher of Alleyne’s, Karen Lockett, said: “This year’s GCSEs results have increased by 12% and are the best ever results. We are really proud of our students and staff for working hard to achieve these results. We are also expecting over 100 GCSE students to continue their education in 6th Form.”
