People in Stone have been urged not to miss out on the chance to vote in next month’s elections and referendum.
With the deadline to register now less than 10 days away, voters across the borough are being reminded to make sure they are registered to vote.
Stafford Borough’s returning officer Ian Thompson said: “It only takes a few minutes to make sure you are registered. Simply call 01785 619424 or print off the Rolling Registration (ER3) form from www.staffordbc.gov.uk/elections.
“The deadline is Thursday 14th April, so if you’re not already registered, don’t delay. Don’t let the deadline and the chance to have your say pass you by.”
Voters will be going to the polls on Thursday 5th May for borough and parish council elections.
