Local estate agency James Du Pavey has once again brought home the gold, winning the British Property Award for an impressive sixth year running.

The Stone branch has earned top marks from mystery shoppers assessing estate agents across the country, with the judging panel praising the team’s consistently high levels of customer service.
A local team that goes the extra mile
Known for their personal and professional approach to buying and selling homes, the Stone-based team say the award is a meaningful recognition of their values and daily efforts.
“Providing our clients with the very best service possible is a core value that we hold close and aim to pursue in every single transaction,” they shared. “We know that moving house is a stressful time, but helping both buyers and sellers to move with as little stress as possible is our number one priority. That’s why winning the Gold Award within our area is so important!”
National recognition in sight
In addition to scooping the local title for Stone again, James Du Pavey is also a two-time Regional Gold Winner for the West Midlands (Staffordshire and Warwickshire), having held that title in both 2023 and 2024. They’ll be hoping to make it three in a row later this year.
With this latest win, the Stone office is now in the running for national recognition, having been shortlisted for a series of broader awards due to be announced before the end of the year.
What the awards mean
The British Property Awards assess agencies across the UK, looking at customer service and communication through a rigorous mystery shopping process. The awards aim to highlight agents who go above and beyond — acting as a trusted signpost for customers looking for reputable, quality-focused estate agencies in their area.
For James Du Pavey, the award is more than just a plaque on the wall. It’s a mark of trust and consistency from both their customers and the industry.
