Stone’s Specsavers has undergone a complete transformation and unveiled their new look for Summer 2024 with a launch party on Saturday, the 13th of July.
Following a significant store refurbishment, the High Street store welcomed customers into the new store, where they could join in the fun, which included spin-the-wheel prizes, goodie bags, and sweet treats.
Focusing on freshening up the existing space, the modern transformation includes new shopfloor fixtures, digital window displays and a fresh lick of paint throughout.
Ahead of the opening, Anoop Bains, store director at Specsavers Stone, said:
‘We can’t wait to welcome our customers into our amazing new store. Our priority with this transformation was to further enhance the customer experience and, with the changes we’ve made, we’re sure everyone will see the benefit.’
Alongside interior improvements, the team at Specsavers Stone has also seen some changes, with Anoop Bains taking on the role of store director in May and team members completing qualifications to help better assist customers with their needs.
‘As part of enhancing our customer experience with a new-look store, we’re also focusing on developing and growing our existing team. One team member, Jackie Hurst recently competed further dispensing qualifications and has taken up the role of store supervisor which will see her become more hands-on with customer enquiries,’ adds Anoop.
Alongside the store’s eye tests, contact lens checks and hearing tests, the team at Specsavers Stone also offer hospital grade scans using an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) machine, and have an extensive range of frames and contact lens options available.
Specsavers Stone is located at 15 High Street, Stone and is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.
