Brave volunteers are needed to abseil down the fire tower at the fire service’s HQ in Stone to raise money for The Firefighters Charity.
The sponsored abseil takes place on Saturday 17th March.

A Firefighters Charity spokesman said: “The experience promises to be thrilling for both adrenalin junkies and more land-loving types – with all participants welcome.”
If you are over 16 (under-18s will need parental consent), have no serious medical conditions and are seeking a thrill then this could be the challenge for you! There is a £10 registration fee and you need to raise a minimum of £90 in sponsorship.
