Spring has officially arrived at Aston Marina with the launch of the latest seasonal menu from its award-wining Bistro.
Renowned for its use of delicious seasonal ingredients, the Bistro’s kitchen team has sought to celebrate Staffordshire’s finest produce with the new menu; delivering one of the finest a la carte dining experiences in the county.

Menu highlights include several mouth-watering starters, including Grilled Goats’ Cheese Salad with red onion port marmalade and toasted walnuts, Parma Ham with mozzarella and cherry vine tomato fondue, and Soft Poached Pear Salad with Parma ham and Colston Basset cheese.
Standout mains also feature among the new seasonal dishes, notably the Duo of Free Range Spring Lamb with smoked pancetta and duck fat Lyonnaise, Szechuan Infused Pork Belly with wilted bok choi and sticky rice, a Spring Leek & Cherry Tomato Tagliatelle, and the Pan Seared Fillet of Sea Bass with saffron and coriander potato, crisp soft shell crab and piperade.
All these feature alongside Bistro favourites like the Beer Battered Fish and Chips, the selection of Homemade Pies, Marina Burgers, and the selection of 28-day Aged Staffordshire Steaks from the grill.
