Amid a great deal of excitement, TV presenter Stefan Gates is visiting Yarlet School on Thursday this week to officially open its fantastic new science laboratory.
This state-of-the-art resource is the latest example of Yarlet’s commitment to improve facilities and pupils could not believe the transformation:

“We had to check that we weren’t dreaming! Our science lessons are going to be brilliant!” Headmaster, Ian Raybould explained “Biology, Physics and Chemistry are taught as separate subjects at Yarlet and we place great importance on learning in these areas. This new facility will help to enthuse and inspire our pupils as well as provide them with new opportunities for exciting scientific exploration. We are most grateful to our parents and two local companies, Optionis Group and Breckland Scientific Supplies Ltd, who made significant contributions to the costs.”
