As we move towards December we are pleased to announced that the Christ Church advent windows will be back for 2017.
As in previous years (see archive) this Stone Community Advent Calendar will be opened on each day in December around the town.
Now in its eighth year the Advent Calendar has become a key part of the Stone Christmas celebrations and along with Christ Church we’d like to thank all the businesses who host the windows and the schools, nurseries and other organisations who create the windows for us all to enjoy.
The theme for the 2017 windows is the ‘Christmas Cast’ – all the characters involved in the Biblical Christmas story.
The ‘Advent Windows’ Project is one way Christ Church, Stone enjoys meeting people and helping everyone enjoy the Christmas story.
They’d love for people to come along each day in December at 11.00am to join in the Advent Window openings and look forward to seeing you there.
