Manager Emma Walton said: “We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our amazing team of volunteers and the support of local people, organisations and businesses so thank you from all of us at Stone Community Hub. We really look forward to our weekly chats with the lovely Ray & Margaret, and we’re so please we are able help them and many others in these difficult times.
Now, more than ever, the Hub are in need of financial donations to keep stock levels up in the food bank and to be able to put plans together for the future.
Emma added: “For now, we are concentrating our effort on individual support as well as the provision of emergency food parcels to people who are vulnerable, still shielding or financially unable to purchase supplies for themselves and their families.”
