A Stone charity is looking for instructors who can provide exercise sessions for people living with neurological conditions.
STING – Staffordshire Therapeutic Independent Neurological Group – is based at Unit 22B at the Whitebridge industrial estate and is looking for anyone who can lead their group in gentle exercise and Tai Chi.

The times they are suggesting for the sessions are Monday 11-12, Wednesday 11-12 and Friday afternoon. Times can always be changed to suit any volunteers who come forward, though.
