What is the point of giving space to a supposedly upcoming event on the 14th of January in Stone Library to meet the local Councillor that is emailed out on the 17th of January?

I was notified about the event at 9:56 on the 12th January and posted the story at 10:01. I shared it to our social media audience just after that.
The email newsletter is called “In case you missed it”. It automatically picks up all articles since the last email went out.
I hope that clarifies the timing and it’s inclusion.
