Stonefield Park tennis courts to receive new surface

Stonefield Park tennis courts to close between the 11th June and the 19th June to allow for resurfacing work.

Stafford Borough Council has confirmed that the 2 outdoor tennis courts situated a Stonefield Park are to be resurfaced later this month.

With various Covid-19 restrictions being lifted the work can now go ahead safely and the tennis courts will then shortly be available to hire once again.

The park recently re-opened following instructions to lockdown and tennis is one of the activities that can take place that observes the current social distancing guidelines.

Booking Details for the tennis courts are:

Adults £5.50 per court per hour/Concessions £2.75 per hour per court

For block bookings or other queries please call Tony Dale during office hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm on 01785 619603

Stonefield Park can be found off Field Terrace and Albert Street in the Stonefield area of the town.
