Terror awaits on the farm this Halloween!

A whole new world of horror is set to be unleashed in Staffordshire this Halloween, with the launch of a new attraction from the award-winning Twisted Attractions team.

Having enjoyed huge success at its original venue in Birmingham, Twisted Attractions has relocated to a 600 acre working farm near Penkridge in Staffordshire which, just 1 mile from J13 of the M6, is well placed for visitors travelling from far and wide.

This bucolic setting is currently undergoing a radical transformation into the ‘Terror Farm’. On 10 nights during October and November 2016, horror fans will be terrorised by ghoulies, zombies and demons; experiencing no less than five live horror attractions in the adult-only ‘Halloween Scream Nights’, while during daytimes through October half term ‘Spookfest’ will lay on a host of terrors for little terrors.

Halloween Scream Nights
Designed to make even hardened horror fans quake in their boots, Halloween Scream Nights will feature multiple live horror attractions, alongside fairground rides, circus performers, street food stalls, live music, licensed bar and, on 29th November only, fireworks display. Live attractions will include…

Destruction
Take a terrifying trailer ride around a former top-secret Military testing facility that was shut down in 2014 amid rumours of inhumane treatment. Former test subjects escaped the compound and can be seen, wandering in a zombie-like state, across the fields and a neighbouring scrap yard. Be ready for some serious frights on your journey but whatever you do, don’t get out of the vehicle – the ‘zombies’ move surprisingly quickly when they smell fresh meat.

Priory Fields
Uncover the haunting mystery of the site where, until 1763, an ancient priory stood. Legend has it, nuns were tortured at the hands of evil priests. The echoes of their horrific murders during Satanic rituals remain as ghostly nuns have been sighted walking the cornfields when darkness falls, seeking out victims to act out their revenge. Men in particular should take care when wandering the Priory Fields.

House of Insomnia
Risk never sleeping with the lights off again as you enter the House of Insomnia; a decaying farm house that hides a horrifying secret. Is the urban legend of the DeMurrer twins – deprived of sleep by their mother until they turned insane – true? With eight families having disappeared from the house without trace in the years since the brothers themselves vanished, what is really going on behind its doors? Are the demonic twins reaping their sick revenge on those who dare enter the house – only you can find out.

Spookfest
Kids love Halloween – and what better way to celebrate the spooky season than by carving your own pumpkin followed by spooky attractions with just enough ‘BOO’ factor to give the kids their thrill fill without making them (or you) lose sleep! Meet Pumpkin Pat and his friends during a special live theatre show, see if you’re brave enough to find your way through the Scarecrow Maize Maze, take a ride on Pumpkin Pat’s trailer ride to pick your own pumpkin and visit Mrs. Piggot in her pie shop – she might seem lovely, but there’s something funny about those pies!

When the kids are all spooked out, there are Halloween craft activities, soft play areas, children’s entertainers and lots of friendly animals to meet.
