A small group of travellers moved on to ABC Park off Whitemill Lane in Walton on Friday afternoon – but police expect to move them on by Tuesday.
An eviction notice will be served to the travellers on Monday, A Little Bit of Stone was told today, giving them 24 hours to leave the site. Police say they have stepped up patrols to reassure people living nearby.

It takes the authorities time to move travellers on as an eviction order has to be granted by magistrates.
