Members of a Stone kung fu club won trophies at the British championships at the end of October.
The British Kung Fu Association’s national championships took place at Codsall Leisure Centre in South Staffordshire on 28th October and members of Stone Lau Gar Kung Fu took part. Pictured with chief instructor Alec Clark are Jane Gratton, left, and Holly Cook, who both won their categories.

Members of Stone Lau Gar Kung Fu meet on Mondays, at 7.30 pm at St Dominic’s Social Club in Station Road. Classes are suitable for people of all ages and beginners are welcome. Find out more in the club’s listing in our directory here.
