If you’d like to help out at this year’s Stone Music and Arts Festival then make sure you go along to a meeting at the Crown Hotel on Thursday 5th July.
The festival – which is totally run by volunteers – have their last executive meeting on Thursday before the festival kicks off on 9th July. Anyone wants to help out over the main festival weekend should go along to the meeting if possible so the organisers can get an idea of how many able bodies they’ll have on the day! Even if you can only spare an hour or two, every little helps.
The meeting is at the Crown Hotel from 7pm in the Oak Room. If that’s a bit early for you, committee members will be in the Royal Exchange in Radford Street afterwards.
