After the raft race at the recent Stone Festival, it’s the turn of 1,000 plastic yellow ducks to race down the River Trent, all to raise money for Stone Lions’ activities in the town.
The Lions’ annual duck race takes place on Saturday 5th July, with the 1,000 (or thereabouts) numbered ducks tipped into the Trent near the canoe club at Westbridge Park at 12pm.

Tickets are available from Stone Lions members in the town and some will be available to buy on the day, so get there early.
