50th anniversary of Stone youth club

Stone Youth and Community Centre celebrates its 50th anniversary in October – and people in the town are being invited to share their photos and memories of the youth club.

A celebration event is being held at the centre off Station Road (opposite The Talbot pub) on Sunday 13th October between 1pm and 4pm. There will be lots going on, with current members performing music and dance, and refreshments available.

The organisers hope the event will see former youth club members from over the generations going along to share memories. And they want to have displays of old photographs and memorabilia on show on the day.

If you have memories or photographs from your time at the youth club, call 01785 354631 or email paul.freestone@staffordshire.gov.uk
