Transition Stone hold a ‘Bring and Share’ evening cafe on Saturday 15th January.
The event takes place at Stone station community centre between 7pm and 9.30pm and the idea is simple – take along food, drink, friends and ideas to promote sustainable living in the town.
The group held some great events in 2o10, including a Swap Shop and Festival of Possibilities. And there are plenty more planned for 2011, including a film season, seed and sowing event, bike day and cookery workshops.
Have a look at the website to find out more, or pop along to the Royal Exchange pub in Radford Street every third Monday of the month from 7pm to meet current members and get involved.
