The Survive & Save lifesaving awards are a fun but challenging way for 13 to 16-year-olds to develop skills and knowledge in aquatic survival, rescue, sport and fitness.
Alleyne’s is running the Medallion Awards, which are broken down into bronze, silver and gold. The awards teach lifesaving rescue, self-rescue, lifesaving support skills, while also developing swimming ability and fitness.
The award scheme will also be covering basic life support qualifications.
The scheme takes place on Friday evenings at Alleyne’s Sports Centre, Oulton Road from 5-7pm, commencing 14th October.
