Alan Povey, ex owner of Toddy Woodgates in Granville Square, is excited to be opening a new fishing tackle shop this Friday.
Opening on 16th June the new shop will be based within Autocare in Crown Courtyard, behind Stone Library. Operating under the name Toddy’s Tackle the new shop will allow local fisherman to buy maggots and any other kind of bait without having to travel out to the likes of Stafford and Longton.
The Friday opening day coincides with the start of the coarse fishing season, what better day to open!
