This remote-controlled plane looks like it had a bit of a crash landing into a tree next to the canal in Stone!
Local photographer Phil Mitchell was out walking on Wednesday morning when he saw the brightly coloured aeroplane.
Phil says the tree is on the canal behind Westbridge Park leisure centre, near the ‘Welcome to Stone’ sign.

Many thanks to Phil for the picture. You may remember his photograph of a UFO above Stone a while back – apparently, he says his first thought was that the remote-controlled plane was another one!

One of the hazzards of flyine RC Aeroplanes. I am sure the owner will try and retrieve it soon as it looks as if it is well worth retrieving!

If the wind has blown it out I will take it to the Police Station in Stone.
