In memory of Phil ‘Skinny’ James, his family and friends hold an annual cricketing event to raise money for local charities and have in the last three years raised over £10,000.
The 2018 cricket match takes place on Sunday 26th August and will this year benefit the local charity, Dougie Mac.
The format for the event will be three games, all filled with friends and family of Phil.
The first game gets underway at Stone SP Cricket Club at 10:30 am with breakfast baps available from 9am! Alongside the event will be a monster raffle featuring a number of prizes including; a first prize of £200 in cash, meal vouchers, afternoon tea, bottles of drink, golf vouchers and more!
On the day there will also be a tombola, BBQ, tea & cakes, a fully licensed bar and face painting.
Everyone is welcome to have a great day making good money for charity and most importantly remembering Phil.
