Stone brother and sister team Ben and Lydia Hooley have taken their passion for food and drink festivals to create their new mobile business!
We caught up with Ben (28) and Lydia (23) to find out more about “The Paddock Suite”.
Lydia explained how they came up with their venture:
“Although Ben and I have full-time jobs, we wanted to take our love of food and drink festivals to create a side business that could be a hobby, but also a future investment!”
“We always talked about doing something a bit mad, however never went through with our madcap ideas! Finally, we plucked up the courage to go ahead and purchased our little Sinclair trailer revived from the early 80’s.”
“Buying the trailer was a huge step for us, and we’re hoping that our age and enthusiasm will see us delighting gin lovers and create a successful business.”
About their trailer, Ben told A Little Bit of Stone:
“The 1981 Sinclair trailer has been converted to embrace a vintage, country style vibe with a modern twist.”
“Our bar is stocked with premium gin and prosecco, which we are refreshing on our ever-changing menu.”
“Depending on the venue and occasion we will be personalising the drinks on offer to ensure that our customers receive a personalised experience when hiring out The Paddock Suite.”
