The sale of ‘early bird’ tickets has now been launched, and the team behind the Midlands wool and yarn show Wool @ J13 are offering the first 100 to snap up tickets will also be given a free Wool@J13 backpack.
Early bird ticket holders for 18th and 19th May will save up to £4.50 per ticket on gate prices, along with the chance to ‘bag’ a bag. The backpack will be the perfect way to carry your lovely woolly goods around, fully protected and leaving your hands free to explore more of that lovely woolly stuff presented by Wool@J13’s equally lovely exhibitors
Over the weekend, visitors will find a lot more to do than just shop – they can enjoy a textile exhibition, larger-than-life rope making, get hands-on in a new ‘have a go at’ Challenge Arena, and even adopt a farm animal courtesy of the regional WI. A focus on men knitting will add to the fun of the weekend. The popular street food fayre will also be back, alongside the WI Tearoom, and visitors will be entertained musically throughout the weekend.
Co-organiser and creative director of the show, Ingrid Wagner says:
“As we look forward to our third year we’re more excited than ever as we have so much planned – it really is going to be a woolly wonderland! The early bird tickets represent exceptional value for money and would make the perfect Christmas gift for wool and yarn addicts. They are available for both individual days and the full weekend and, as well as saving money, will ensure that you can beat the queues on arrival.”
Early bird tickets are available online now, priced at £4.50 for day tickets (advance £5.50 / on gate £7.50) and £7.50 for weekend tickets (Advance £9.00 / on gate £12.00).
