8 year old Caiden from Stone is to tackle Mt. Snowdon for Help for Heros

Caiden ClimbingAt the end of May, Stone youngster Caiden Sayers will be lacing up his walking boots as he takes on Mount Snowdon to raise money for the Help For Heros charity.

Last year following a trip on the train up to the summit of Mount Snowdon, Caiden asked his family whether they could walk to the summit next time.
Caiden, who attends Stone’s Manor Hill First School, said of his reason to select Help For Heros:
“I want to raise money for all our soldiers that risk their life for mine. These men and women risk their lives every day and we give nothing back”
Caiden’s mum has set up a Just Giving page – Caiden’s climbing Mt. Snowdon – and Caiden’s working towards an ambitious fundraising target of £1200.
Caiden adds:
“Please help me raise as much as possible even if it’s just 50p. Imagine your life-changing overnight. Suddenly, the world you knew is not accessible. You must start from scratch, all over again.
This is happening right now. Every day, seven people leave the Armed Forces with life-changing injuries. Many struggle, meaning they and their families need specialist help to aid recovery from wounds both visible and hidden.
Your donation allows Help for Heroes to continue providing vital support, now and in the future. Thank you for supporting me, Help for Heroes and all those who need them.”
