3B Barbers, on Stone High Street, has been celebrating its 15 year anniversary by giving back to the local community.
It was great to see the barbers that I use, 3B barbers, hitting their 15th anniversary this past weekend.
Whilst many celebrate an anniversary with balloons and maybe a drink or two, owner Rachel Pine wanted to give something back to the local community that has supported her and her team over the past 15 years.
Rachel wrote on Facebook:
“So, as a THANK YOU to my customers past and present who have supported my barbers in the last 15yrs ( plus 2yrs working for Dan!) I’ve made a donation to Stone canoe club.
So yesterday (Saturday 28th May) Aiden representing the junior team, came over with Pete club treasurer to collect the donation from myself Norah !
The money will be used to buy some equipment for the new young starters to the club, to help them get involved in the sport enjoy the great outdoors.
I’ll be keeping tabs on how they progress, as Stone seems to do a great job of raising some fine speedy paddlers “
