Opened in the summer, hair salon Luna Rose owner Fran Hopkin spoke to us about the salon’s focus on providing high-quality service with a community-driven ethos that all are welcome.
A Passionate and Experienced Team
Luna Rose is led by Salon Director Fran, who brings over 20 years of hairdressing experience. Fran is also a qualified salon trainer, extensionist, colourist, and stylist and is committed to creating a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. “I’ve always dreamed of providing a high-quality service that allows people to unwind and feel pampered, using ethical products and supporting local businesses,” Fran said.
Fran is joined by her close family friend Danielle, with whom she originally trained many years ago. “I am so pleased to be working together again,” Fran added. The talented team includes former Lock Keeper’s staff Yvonne, Julie, and Layna. “It’s an amazing team to be part of, and I’m thrilled that we’ve maintained such a strong group of professionals,” Fran shared.
Why Stone?
Having lived in Stone her entire life, Fran chose to establish the salon in her hometown, valuing its sense of community. “I’ve lived and worked in Stone my whole life. It’s a place I care about deeply, and I love the community of small businesses here. I’m already enjoying being part of it,” she said.
