Richard Stevens, chairman of the Stone Food and Drink Festival, writes on his excellent blog: “The good news is that there will be a Farmers’ Market in January! For several years past, the first Saturday in January has always fallen within days of New Year so we’ve never had a market in January. But this time there’s almost a full week in between.

“So it has been decided to continue with ‘the first Saturday in the month’ format – so put Saturday 7th January in your new diaries now!”

    Richard and Team,
I have just been browsing to find an answer to the very question. Well done to all, I am sure it will prove a good decision made. We will be there, as we are every month for the top quality produce. Especially the meats from ‘Lawn Farm’ at Cheadle.
    Regards

    Paul
