Thanks to Martin Robinson for this picture of an old ash tree in Oulton that didn’t survive the storms that hit us earlier this week.
Martin wrote: “A very special old tree bit the dust at Oulton in the gales. This very old ash tree has been a feature on the walk from the village across the fields to Oulton Heath for generations – alas no more!”
