The countdown to Christmas has started in Stone with the opening of the first few Advent Windows in the town centre.
Businesses and local charities and organisations have teamed up to open one window each day right up to Christmas Eve, with each window themed around a different Christmas song or carol. There will be a Christmas carol walk around the town on Christmas Eve morning, finishing with the final window opening at Christ Church, which organises the wonderful event.
