Aston Marina are holding a Burns Night supper on Tuesday 26th January.
As part of the marina’s regular Masterclass evenings, revellers will not only get to enjoy a slap-up three-course Scottish meal but will learn the secret of making classic Scots dishes.
The evening will be led by head butcher Colin Nicholl who, as a proud Scot, will recite the traditional Selkirk Grace before demonstrating how Scottish delicacies haggis and lorne sausage are made. Guests will then be invited to head to the bar to treat themselves to a wee dram of whisky before settling down to enjoy a delicious three-course meal with the traditional haggis, neeps and tatties the star of the show.
The evening will close with a rousing rendition of Auld Lang Syne, arguably Burns’s most famous work.

Our masterclass evenings are always popular, but with the addition of the Burns Night traditions and party atmosphere, we anticipate this one will be among the most popular to date!”[/box]
