They were taken in the early 1950s and show members of Oulton Horticultural Society. One photo shows members inside The Brushmaker’s Arms, while two are taken inside and outside the village hall.

On picture 1, the man on the very far left is definitely Frank Lowe and I think the man on the far right is Reg Corbett. I think the man to the right of the tall man(as you look at the picture) is Vin Powell.

No, but I used to live in Oulton before I married and moved to Stone, then moved to North Wales 5 years ago, Most of my family live in and around Stone.
