Stafford and Stone Canoe Club’s wooden clubhouse has now been demolished to make way for a brand new £500,000 building – and as the picture shows, you’d never know it had been there!
The old timber building has been built in the 1970s and just wasn’t suitable any longer for the club. The new building at the site in Westbridge Park will include a boat storage area, changing facilities, gym and kitchen area.
