Cyclists in Stone are invited to get their bikes security marked for free at an event in Westbridge Park on Wednesday 3rd August.
PCSO Steven Bridgewood and PC Bev Tomkins will be hosting the event in the park from noon until 4pm.
Each bike will be given a unique reference number which is etched onto the frame in permanent ink and then entered onto a police database.
PCSO Bridgewood, from Stone Local Policing Team (LPT), said: “In addition to the security marking of pedal cycles, we will be talking to and advising the youngsters about bike security and safety and personal safety.”
