Members of the Parent Action Group submitted their business plan to St Dominic’s Priory School trustees yesterday – and could find out by the end of the week if their campaign to keep the school open has been successful.
A meeting will take place between members of the Action Group, and the trustees and their advisors, later this week.
An Action Group spokesman said: “We have asked the trustees to make a decision as soon as possible following that meeting and we plan to issue a communication to all parents by the end of the week. This communication will state whether our campaign to keep the school open has been successful or not.
“The view of the Parent Action Group is that the business plan submitted, with the continued support of all parents, provides a sustainable way forward for the school.”
