We are currently recruiting for energetic Floor & Customer Service Managers to join us in our new Stone, Staffordshire Store
What will my role involve as a Manager?
- To provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- To operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- To merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
- To protect and safeguard the Company assets
What do I need to be a successful Manager?
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Retail experience in a similar role
- Have experience managing a team
- The ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
- Have a flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude

Customer Service Assistants
We are looking for enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! We have various roles available; working with customer service, checkouts, replenishment & shop floor. Whichever role suits you best, to be successful you will need to be a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high energy environment. There are various contracts permanent and temporary with shifts to suit almost everyone although being flexible with your working pattern is essential!
It is essential to be able to demonstrate you are:
- Service orientated
- Able to work at pace
- A team player
And you have:
- Good communication skills
- A can do, proactive and positive attitude
- Drive and determination to succeed individually and as part of a team

It would also be desirable if you had:
- Previous retail experience or experience in a fast moving environment
