The Vine pub is being knocked down as it makes way for new houses on Oulton Road.
A campaign to save the historic boozer was unsuccessful last year and it will be replaced by 10 properties by Birmingham-based Internet Base Ltd.

Campaigners had fought to make the developer incorporate the building in their plans but, again, were unsuccessful.
