Festive 5km Santa Dash planned around Yarnfield

There’s a 5km Santa Dash happening around Yarnfield on Sunday 21st December. People are asked to meet at 10 am on Yarnfield Parkway, opposite the basketball court by the conference centre.

Yarnfield Runners

It’s not a race. You can run, jog, walk, or do a mix. Children are welcome too, as long as they’re with a parent, grandparent, or another responsible adult.

Festive fancy dress is very much part of it. There’ll be a warm up before everyone heads off, which could be interesting depending on outfits.

The route goes around Yarnfield and will be shared closer to the day. There’ll be volunteers out on the route, including some Christmas elves, to help keep people on track.

It’s free and open to anyone locally. Just worth knowing there are no public toilets nearby, although Costa Coffee at the conference centre will be open.

If you’re thinking of going along, have a read of the disclaimer info first.
